Will I get a tax receipt for my donation?
Rouge Gives is now a Canadian Registered charity. All donations of $20 or more will be issued charitable tax receipts that can be used for income tax purposes.

How much will families who qualify to receive financial subsidies pay to attend camp?
Recipient families will pay between 25% – 100% off camp fees up to $380/camper/week in York Region.
What camps do Recipient Families get placed in?
Rouge Gives recipient families currently get placed at Rouge Camps locations. Rouge Camps are highly rated teacher led sports camps designed for athletes and non-athletes to thrive.
We have a close working relationship with Rouge Camps and know that our recipient families will receive excellent care and a fantastic camp experience, as Rouge Camps has been operating 9+/10 rated camps since 2013.
Is Rouge Gives a volunteer based organization?
Yes, Rouge Gives does not have any full time staff. The only paid staff are summer students who operate our recipient family intake and fill our special needs counsellor positions to be able to offer free special needs support for our recipient families.
